  • If you would to apply to be a Crossing guard in the Borough of Oradell please fill out this form and return it to Oradell PD Headquarters.

• Bicycle Registration Form

• Business Alarm Form

  • Please complete the form and return to the Oradell Building Department.

• Risk of Wandering Form

  • A resource for parents of children with developmental disabilities who are at a higher risk of wandering away from home. This may also apply to families experiencing an elderly relative suffering from Alzheimer's or Dementia.
    

  • This form provides law enforcement with crucial information should a child or elder go missing who may suffer from a cognitive disability.

    Please print, fill out in as much detail as possible and return to the Oradell Police Department. This form will then be uploaded into the Oradell Police Department Computer system for immediate access should the situation ever arise.

    *Note: No one outside sworn law enforcement will have access to this form/information. Its sole purpose is to provide law enforcement with key details to better interact and communicate with specific individuals.
